Shipping Policy and Guidelines

We know that when you find a piece of artwork that you LOVE, you want to know it's going to be on it's way to you straight away, with as little delay as possible. All work purchased will be processed under the following shipping policy and guidelines. Please don't hesitate to contact Meredith with any questions or concerns and she will be more than happy to do her best to accomodate your needs as quickly as possible. 




  • Where shipping is not calculated automatically within the online shop, collectors will be offered the best shipping options available at the time, and once confirmed the total shipping cost will be added to the purchase price. It is strongly advised to select a shipping courier that offers loss and damages coverage

  • All effort will be taken to ensure that any work being shipped is packaged carefully and appropriately in order to minimise the likelihood of damages.

  • Artworks purchased will be shipped within 5 days of payment confirmation, inclusive of shipping costs. Shipping can not be finalised until full payment of purchase is received. Occasionally we will encounter delays that are outside of our control, however if this occurs you will be notified immediately.





What happens if you receive your artwork and it is damaged?


  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving the package with images of damages. Shippment courier will be notified if applicable, as some shipping options come with coverage for loss and damages (advised). 

  • If the option for shipping with insurance has been offered to the collector at time of purchase, and collector has opted for alternative shipping arrangements, they will be offered a refund of half of the total purchase price, minus the shipping costs. 

  • If the collector has opted for shipping arrangements that come inclusive of insurance, they will be offered a full refund, minus the shipping costs.

  • Damaged package will be returned to artist. Refund will be arranged within 7 days of receiving returned package. 

  • The collector will be given the option of keeping the item with minor damages with a partial refund. Partial refund will be based on the extent of damages and be offered to collector within 5 days.


What if you receive your artwork and it isn't quite what you had hoped for? 


  • We understand that sometimes you need to see an artwork in your home to know for sure whether it "fits". If you have received your artwork and it isn't quite what you had hoped for contanct us immediately to make arrangements for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs. 

  • Refunds within 5 days of purchase/ or arrival of purchase if shipping applies.

  • In the case of package being damaged on return, the collector will be refunded half of the purchase price.

  • Refunded items must be returned before refund can be finalised





  • What if you receive your artwork and you change your mind, and would prefer a different piece? Exchanges are not available. However, if you are unhappy with your artwork, see above for the returns policy and contact Meredith immediately and she will discuss options.





  • Artworks purchased on sale are unfortunately non-refundable.
